About Us
We founded Wilder in 2022 to create more natural spaces in London. Since then, we’ve designed, installed and crafted a wide range of private, commercial, community and show gardens across the capital.
Ethan Monaghan-Pisano
Ethan is an environmental engineer with a multidisciplinary background in water, energy and sustainability. He chose landscaping to channel his passions for both the natural world and refined craftsmanship. He leads Wilder’s construction team of landscapers and carpenters, overseeing builds to ensure every design is realised with craft and precision.
Theo Charnley
Theo is Wilder’s design studio lead. A garden designer graduating with distinction from Chelsea’s KLC School of Design, he specialises in naturalistic planting combinations and biodiversity. He has furthered his training at Great Dixter, East Sussex and in Kyoto, Japan and now works closely with clients to develop the right design for the space; delivering gardens that flourish and mature beautifully over time.
